Hogan Lovells, not for profit think tanks, The Bingham Centre and The Investment Treaty Forum, in conjunction with the Economist Intelligence Unit, have conducted a study on corporate foreign direct investment decision-making and the Rule of Law. The survey of 301 senior decision makers at Forbes 2000 companies seeks to ascertain which factors multinational corporates consider in selecting where to invest internationally, and to gauge the role of the ‘Rule of Law' in particular.
